We have four experienced watchmakers on our premises. Rolex, Breitling and all high-end watches are our speciality. Having factory-trained staff on our team ensures smooth running of all services and repairs. We have access to all parts for watches, guarantees are offered with all watches. 

Rolex Servicing

Trade Service on a Rolex including main spring and new seals and waterproof (depending on watch condition) is £260. If other parts are needed we will call before any work is undertaken.

Watch Repairs

We can undertake all watch repairs no matter the brand in our, with all repairs carried out by our 4 experienced watchmakers on the premises.

Refurbishment & Cleaning

We have a full suite of refurbishment and cleaning equipment to suit any requirement from watches through to chains and other jewellery.

TRADE SERVICE

Rolex

Service on a Rolex including main spring and new seals and waterproof is £260.

If other parts are needed we will call before any work is undertaken.

Machine and hand finish polish on a Rolex from £85. (£60 with Service)

We also welcome parcels of work from jewellers on the lower end of watch repairs.

OUR WATCH SERVICING

The 10-point process

Diagnosis

Check in which condition the watch is. Based on the initial assessment, we will provide a cost estimate and a timeline for the service.

Disassembly

Removal of the bracelet or strap, and disassembly of the case and the movement. For the disassembly of both the case and the movement, special tools, and extensive training are required.

Cleaning

Once the case and the movement is disassembled, the individual parts are thoroughly cleaned in a deep ultrasonic/steam clean.

Parts Examination

After the parts are cleaned, each one is meticulously examined by our factory trained watchmakers

Assembly

Each movement can contain hundreds of parts and our watchmaker painstakingly reassembles them. He also lubricates the contact points in the movement to minimize friction and prevent wear.

Timing & Calibration

In several steps, our watchmaker adjusts the movement until the timepiece is operating at optimal precision. The calibration is key to meet the manufacturer’s tolerances.

Refinishing

The case and the bracelet of the timepiece is refinished to bring back its original luster. As part of the polishing process, scratches and small dents are removed.

Case Assembly

Lastly, the case is skilfully reassembled, and all seals and gaskets are replaced to ensure the water resistance is back to factory standards.

Testing

Every watch is vacuum and pressure tested, using test equipment with wet and dry chambers. Over a period of time, watches are tested to keep time accuracy.

Quality Control

Rigorous checks are carried out at each stage of the servicing process. During the final check, the power reserve, timing accuracy and aesthetic appearance of the watch is throughly checked.
